At Genie Collection, we want you to be completely enchanted by your fragrance purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our beauty support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the perfume bottles are protected to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Genie

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fragrance for its original seal, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
